Os
workshops
têm como objectivo permitir um maior ganho de conhecimento através da participação em casos práticos e esclarecimento de dúvidas com técnicos especializados. No mesmo dia, irão decorrer em paralelo duas workshops, onde serão apresentados vários
case studies
para os quais os participantes serão desafiados a encontrar soluções, e, assim, adquirirem um maior conhecimento sobre os temas apresentados. Ambas workshops serão ministradas em inglês.
Workshop 1
: What is Success?
. What is success on projects - for the customer, for the stakeholders, for the project team, for the project managers themselves and for their organisation or division?
. Will such success come as a side benefit from concentrating on time, cost, engineering, scope, risk, quality, value, compliance......?
. OR could success be identified separately and specifically; and then perhaps be delivered knowingly and directly?
. Also might success criteria change during the course of a project?
. How can success be measured?
. Will project managers be able to be involved in such matters now and in the future?
( Of curse they will! )
Workshop 2
: Project Coaching
. Understand the concept of project facilitation and coaching.
. Identify situations where a project facilitator and where a coach is needed.
. Facilitate the problem-solving process of a team.
. Design facilitation and coaching processes.
. Apply helpful communication tools in typical project situations. Such as clarification of project objectives, coaching of project team members and leading team meetings.
. Promote the team development process. Including being able to involve the team members in the project process and help navigate the processes.
. Reflect on and increase your own competences in facilitation and coaching.
